If you often start new games and are bored of the tiresome-after-the-3rd-time initial dialogue or the same RNG baked into a static save game, this will help get new excitement faster.
It will allow you to bypass the initial dialogue and get to the game quickly, skipping over the dialogue box and outside the vault.
The player starts outside the vault with the usual dialogue box, then proceeds to name, rank, and SPECIAL stats.
If you know the face and stats you want, this can all be done in less than 2 minutes.
If you want to customise the player loadout, edit the levelled item list.
The player can start the game with any of the following items:
PipBoy
10mm
Other items listed above are all from the main game. You can add or remove any of them from your loadout.
